Tvs Motor Company — Jupiter 125 Starting Ignition Problem

Hi,
I have purchased Jupiter 125 in December 2021, i have not taken ride in dec 2021 as i was out of town after purchasing the vehicle, but in January 2022, i started riding the vehicle and it was giving me starting ignition problem so, i visited TVS Indrayani Nagpur Showroom they took my vehicle for 5 days and said it is ok now, after riding for 2 days it was not resolved so i again visited TVS Indryani Showroom, they again took my vehicle for 3 days and after that they said it was electronic update issue and now it is resolved so i took my vehicle back and in february the same problem came but now i have to go Other city so i can't visit again to the showroom and they are asking me on call to give 10/10 Feedback for what ? They have not resolved my problem.
It was very bad that they couldn't resolve my Jupiter 125 problem.
Last time I will visit the showroom and ask them to give me a resolution, if they don't, I will file an FIR against TVS indrayani Showroom as they have sold a Default Vehicle to me.
