TVS Motor Company — Jupiter Petrol drain out from running scooter

Purchased a new TVS Jupiter Scooter on 9 November 2015 from Devesh Motor Co., Near Sophia School, Ajmer. Engine no.: BG4LF2089049, FRM: MD626BG41F3N80614. Well maintained it, carefully driven, regularly serviced by experienced technicians at standard service points. No information / no message / no call from any TVS Service Centre for years.
My daughter regularly drive it, atleast 4 km per day or may be 20 km. in a day; at the time of purchase, preferred it for more better manufacturing quality that the other vehicles in this segment; we were very satisfied.
But on 25 August 2021, around 6:30 PM, when my daughter was driving it between our home in Ajmer and Vaishali Nagar (Ajmer), then shocked of observing petrol leakage from the running scooter. It was having more than 4 litres petrol. The scooter stopped working between the traffic at the Sophia School road and she parked it at a safe place, 6 km away from home.
We reached there and also found that the Devesh Motor Co. (TVS) is non-operational at the place (Near Sophia School). We don't know where is the TVS Authorised Service Centre ? No any authorized service centre contacted us for years.
Kindly think about the LML scooter, Yezdi, Jawa, Royal Enfield, etc. where I never experienced petrol leakage from the tank or its outlet pipe. Is this the quality of JUPITER, facing petrol leakage just after 5 years !!
