[Resolved] TVS Motor Company — Mileage problem (not getting as suggested by the company) | |||
I purchased vehicle from M/s. SVS TVS, authorised dealer for TVS Motor Company, Ambattur, Chennai - 53 on 12.04.2014 vide Invoice No.134 dated 12.04.2014. Three services were completed till date i have not getting the mileage more than 55 KM per liter (advised by company 74 Liters). One of your representative Mr. Arun spoke to me (after completion of third service) and asked me for service and other details that day i told the problem but he is not interested to listen, after that i called the same no but he is not interested to speak and disconnected my line. I was using Max 100 R more than 17 years after that only i have changed this vehicle. My colleagues were suggested to go for Honda or Hero product but i decided to buy TVS product only. Now i am feeling very bad i am not getting proper response from your people. Mileage is also a problem. I am also working in TVS Group only, but i never expected like this.
