TVS Motor Company — No proper documentation by tvs showroom kalan, shahjahanpur, uttar pradesh | |||
To The managing director, Tvs motor company My name is aslam from farrukhabad, uttar pradesh, i have bought apache bike in dec’15 from your showroom which is situated at kalan, shahjahanpur, uttar pradesh and is approx 70 kms from farrukhabad as there was no blue color available in farrukhabad so i decided to buy it from kalan considering the reputation of tvs apache. I am very much disappointed after buying it from tvs showroom. I had many more choices available into market but i preferred apache, since i bought it i am not able to use my bike as there is no proper documentation is done by showroom owner (Satish) It has been 17 month following up with satish (Showroom owner) but gets no appropriate answer, due to lack of documents i am not able to get my registration certificate issued. I am very much afraid to take my bike on road what will happen if it got seized and who will be responsible for this tvs company, or showroom owner. I wanted to buy one more bike but having treated like this i changed my mind and bought a bajaj avenger for myself but for your kind info their service is smoother to yours. Good news is that satish (Showroom owner) has stopped picking up the call, trying to talk to him for a long time but no response. I am really strange to know that this is the standard of your service, this is the way you treat your customers. If you are not able to help then take my bike back and refund my money. I would buy another bajaj bike Getting no appropriate solution will lead me to seek legal help. A very disappointed customer….
