I purchased tvs ntorq 125 from oceanic motors, gandhinagar, gujarat in may 2018. From the 2nd week of purchasing i am facing lots of issues with my vehicle. It is the worst ever vehicle i have came across with. I have already visited the oceanic motors 8-9 times for the solution but it seems that tvs is not capable to solve its own vehicle problems. And the staff is also not bothered to solve any.
1) firstly i had self start problem form the 2nd week. I took it to the servicing for several times but still my issue is not completely solved.
2) rpm of my vehicle keeps breaking as per the service staff informed me thay they have adjusted it for many time in 4 months.
3) parts got rusting in just 2 months of purchasing. Which they replaced with new one.
4) worst body fitting i have ever seen in any vehicle.
5) it feels like tvs has fitted scooty pep's engine with 125cc logo on it with less fuel efficiency.
6) display is not accurate to show fuel, thus it becomes very tensed when to refill.
Being an indian brand we trust and go for tvs, but it seems it doesn't have any interest an satisfying the client. No wonder people tend to go for other brand.
I raised complaint many times but still i am not getting my issues solved. Mr. Devang, manager at oceanic motors doesn't even have courtesy to call once.
This piece of junk doesn't worth 75000 which i have paid for.
So i request to you to take this junk back and refund me my amount. Or else i don't have any option other then consumer court or handing it over to municipality garbage department where it has it real worth. Was this information helpful? |
