Hello, I had booked ntorq drum at your dealer named "kalamkar tvs" at baner road, pune, maharashtra on 08th october 2019. The payment has been made in full however its almost a month without delivery of the vehicle. Neither they are giving any assurance on the delivery date. I feel i'm been cheated with full amount in their pocket without delivering the vehicle, can you help with a solution on the same.
