Dear tvs customer service team, I have booked tvs jupiter in month of march 2020 but due to lockdown i didn't get the scotty on the committed delivery date which is totally acceptable and does not have any issue. My vehicle is registered in month of april 2020 and lockdown also get ease in month of june 2020 but i received scotty on 1st july 2020. Previously the dealer called me to take delivery but the scotty was fully damaged. I have asked to come after 2 days but after 20 days also he has delivered me faulty scotty. Below is the issue in scotty 1. Ecilator wire is loose 2. Right side rear mirror is loose 3. Foot rest is not available 4. Speedo meter is not working 5. Back side right panel is having issue. While driving so much noise is coming 6. Have promised to give parking cover but not received 7. Hand grip also not received. Dealer name is - hare krishna tvs (Goregaon - west branch, shop no -9, b wing goregaon samrudhhi co operative housing society limited, sv road, mumbai - 400062) Mr. Sumesh bhojwani - [protected] Mr. Ashwin pillai - [protected] Everyday i am receiving false commitment from above both persons. I am fed up of these people now. Now they are not answering my calls and messages also. Request you kindly resolve my issue otherwise i would have to take legal action this.
