TVS Motor Company — Refund not received for TVS iqube st cancelation

I have booked my TVS IQUBE ST on 19 June 2022 and there are not able to complete thier promise in timely manned hence I have cancelled my TVS Iqube 7th Feb 2023 and after that submitted the documents for ex. cancel cheque, Aadhar card and pan card for refund processing . i have called 5 to 7 time to get my refund amount to thier customer care number every time i called them they told me your refund will be proceed within today, from last 3 month they are harrsing me by giving me false promises.

please check and refund my amount.
