I purchased tvs Jupiter zx bsvi on 4.1.21 from bapu kumbh das ji tvs showroom amb, una Himachal pradesh. First free service was done on 16.2.21. They charged Rs 350 for oil change. Washing was unsatisfactory. I complaint the matter to Mr sunny ph no [protected].
Secondly this dealer didn't give me gst tax invoice of scooty as well as oil change. I reported this also to Mr sunny.
On 8.3.21 I went to service station bapu kumbh das ji for rectification of starting trouble. The owner behaved rudely, shouted on me and refused to provide service. He said you lodged complaint against us. You go anywhere we will not allow you in this service station.
Is it unfair to lodge the complaint if the service is not satisfactory?
Is this service station of tvs motors or bapu kumbh das ji?
I am defense veteran. During my lifetime I never saw such rude, arrogant and uncooperative sales office of any bike company.
Why he is charging excess amount when gst regime is implemented. One tax one rate. He charges Rs 79500 inclusive rto and basic accessories .
It is requested to take suitable action against showroom owner and action taken may please be communicated to me so that I can get service from your esteemed company during warranty period.
