TVS Motor Company — Regarding faulty gear sensor in my new TVS raider 125

I had register a complaint in the mid November regarding faulty gear sensor in my new TVS raider 125 but from the service center side there is not attempt to resolve the issue. Every time whenever I try to call service center for enquiry call they always give some silly reasons and try to put blame on company. Due to which I'm facing difficulty while riding the bike and after sales service is very bad
