I have purchased one tvs jupiter bs iv from ashirvad automobile division, bhubaneswar on 03.03.2020, vide, invoice no.1889 dt.03.03.2020 and gave took delivery on 06.03.2020 in the name of sarat chandra chyau pattnaik, vide, engine no. Eg4nk1404389 and chasis no. Md626eg49k1n10219. But i have not been provided with service manual and service coupon by the dealer as they say it is out of stock.
