TVS Motor Company — Regarding the Bike engine noise issue

I am owning the TVS victor 2017 model bike and I have taken the 5 years TVS bike warranty. Engine noise issue came very first on 2017 December which was just 6 months of purchased and it will keep coming every year. I asked TVS team to give me permanent solution because if warranty over i have to bear the huge cost of engine. But they haven't provided me any permanent solution. Now same issue came again and asking to pay 17000/- INR Approx amount. They are not accepting that the engine is faulty and when i asking them the solution now. They are not responding me properly whole TVS team.
