TVS Motor Company — registration certificate and insurance papers of new tvs sport els (black+green)

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

My younger brother has purchased a new TVS Sport ELS (Black+Green) on dated 30/4/2021 from your authorised dealer M/s Dhruv Motos, Gola Gokarannath, District - Lakhimpur Kheri. Till today he has not received Registration Certificate & Insurance Papers of his new TVS Sport ELS (Black+Green) after many follow ups. Even he went many times to M/s Dhruv Motos, Gola Gokarannath, District - Lakhimpur Kheri but every time their staff sent him back without giving him any paper. However, the total payment was deposited by me on the same day when he purchased the bike.

In that case without necessary documents how can he use that bike???

In an emergency, if he is using that bike, who will take the responsibility if any penalty/challan imposed by local authority over him????

Kindly look into the matter & treat it most urgent.
