TVS Motor Company — regrading amc issue in service centre

I have put amc for my apacha 180 bike in last service and when i went to leave my bike for second time in amc during that time the person in showroom told that i have to pay periodic service chargers.in the amc book itself clearly mentioned 4 free service will be done in 1 year from time of amc purchase.
When i asked him he replied to read the book properly and he argued with me.
Kindly educate your service person regarding amc before promoting it to costumers.

Sir/Madam,
My scooter running kmt is 12280 but it's not completed 12month.Now dealer not allowed to free service.
As per service manual it's clearly mentioned as either 9000 kmt or 12 month.

Please do the needful.
