3rd May 2025, vehicle TVS Jupiter given for service and received delivery acknowledgement receipt for 4th May @ 6.29pm.

I was trying to contact them by phone there is no response or attending the call for more than one hour., to understand whether the vehicle is ready to collect or not. very poor response by the sales executive and Mr, Josua (Mechanic In charge) ... when the service team could not able to attend the call why should they print the phone number in the Acknowledge form.
still now i did not receive any message to collect the vehicle.
purely Un ethical behavior by ROYAL TVS SERVICE CENTER EKKADUTHANGAL CHENNAI.
