TVS Motor Company — Scooty pep+ : spark plug cover broken during service

My scooty pep+ serviced on 28.10.20 at bharath tvs avinashi road tirupur. After which sparkplug cover was not properly assembled. I said this in customer feedback, but no response.I went back and showed vehicle on 21.11.20 at showroom. They said the cover was broken, can not be done anything. I said it was happened during service only. I showed them there was gum kind of thing was pour on the cover to pack up temporarily. They inspected vehicle for any other scratches. But there were no marks. I said it was happened only during service at the showroom no other way it will be broken. After that they did not allow me to be there. They pushed me outside and asked to contact manager Mr. Saravanan(mob:[protected]).as he was on long leave, I couldn't reach him till 02.12.2020.Then they gave contact of service manager Mr. Raj (mob:[protected]). He said he will get back in 24 hrs. But even after five days no response from him. So I want to raise complaint on bharath tvs service center for breaking spark plug cover of my vehicle.
