TVS Motor Company — Scooty stops does not starts..faulty scooty given..

I have purchased jupiter zx BSVI on 28 Feb 2021. In 5 days of purchase the problems started. It doesn't turn on. Self start doesn't work and it stops in the middle of the road and doesnt starts again. I took to showroom 4 times now since the purchase and it's only been 15 days since the purchase. The tell me issue will get resolve but it doesn't. Now they are ignoring my calls too. I want scooty in perfect condition or I want it replaced or kindly just refund me the amount.
