Hi There,

I have purchased a tvs apache rtr 160 on 17th of November 2016 from GK TVS, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi

This e-mail is regarding service center complaint of GK TVS, Patparganj, Delhi, after bike’s first service I was riding bike and found out that a screw has been missing which holds gear shift mechanism. I went to service center and the behavior of those guys was very bad, they want’ed me to go to place to place in their service center to find out that screw and handed over to mechanic so that he could change the screw. I have immediately called GK TVS and said the whole instance, after that call; manager of that service center came in picture and helped me to install that screw after spending a few hours.

Now after second service today at 6:30 PM on 9-3-2017. I’ve found out that a plate which holds clutch and left hand mirror has been broken, I’ve informed about the same to manager present there. He said that it was not broken by our staff it was already broken. And while handling over for servicing; mechanic present there had a full inspection of bike, at that time; that plate was not broken. Now I need that plate to be changed, and I will not pay a penny for that.

And now onwards I’ll not go to that service center again, and my bike is still there, I have not picked-up because of their behavior towards the issue.

Now, I need this full issue to be resolved in maximum 24 hours. An early action in the matter will be highly appreciated, otherwise I’ll be forced to lodged a complaint against this.
