[Resolved]  Tvs Motor Company — starting problem in tvs bike

Dear tvs team,
I had purchased a tvs company bike model apache rtr 180 (Hr-26 d f 9029) on 30th may 2017 almost 10 months back from green tvs gurgaon haryana, only run approx 9000km.
In last 10 months we faced following major issues in the product :
1. On three various times bike didn’t start (Not thru self, or thru kick). Even two times we called road assistance services, you may refer to record.
2. Third time before a month, my son was coming on road in evening from palwal to gurgaon, when stopped bike didn’t start again after all efforts. He was very upset and called to road assistance but they were not able to serve at 6.30 pm. He faced life threatening issue also in that jungle, which we cant explain. Very pathetic situation we faced due to that tvs bad product. After that he lifted that thru a truck at night and informed to green tvs agency as well.
3. In last ten months bike master cylender have been brfaek down and replaced.
4. In that short tenure front brake failure problem we found.
5. In this short tenure of 10 months we found that there is rust problem in fuel tank.
6. Now green tvs team went to palwal for pick that picked the vehicle,
7. Finally vehicle is with green tvs agency gurgaon (Haryana).
We believe that tvs is a good brand name and claiming extended warranty of five years but it’s a matter of pitty / joke that tvs vehicle is not maintaining the quality standard even for a year.
In this situation it is very tough to keep back that vehicle again from tvs.
Company management is humbly requested to please either replace that vehicle with new one or refund the amount in amicably manner. As we don’t want take any life threatening risk again.
