Tvs Motor Company — Tvs apache rtr 160 4v rear disc brake noise issue from day 1

Dear TVS Team, I Yashwanth Kumar, owned a apache RTR 160 4v vehicle in Oct 2020 at Yuvaan TV's showroom Lb nagar Hyderabad, Telangana.

After purchasing the vehicle,
Rear disc brake started making noise from the day 3 itself.
I went to showroom and informed the same, they cleaned the pads and replaced with new one.

Again after 3-4days it started making noise, When I informed the same to the showroom person, they said the problem will be sort out after first servicing.

In first servicing they replaced the pads, But after 3 -4 days again brake noise is started, They cleaned the pads. This is happenned for 4-5 times in 3 months.

After 3 months they said the problem is with disc plate, we will replace the disc plate so that the noise will not come and they replaced disc plate and disc pads.

Even after replacing the disc plate, Brake noise started in a week.

After this again they started replacing and cleaning the pads for everytime when i went to showroom for the noise issue.

In this way they have completed 10months.but still the issue is not resolved.

Why the brake noise issue is happening from day 1 itself?
Whether it is faulty model bike or the bike which they had given to me is defect one.?
