My name is Akhil, and I am from Hyderabad. I purchased a TVS iQube in March 2024. Since then, I have been facing a recurring issue related to the triangle error appearing on the screen. Whenever this error occurs, the vehicle stops functioning.
I have reported this issue multiple times at two service centers:
Attapur
Bahadurpura
Each time I visit, I am informed that the problem is related to the battery and that it will be replaced within 20–30 days. However, after waiting, I receive a call stating that the issue is not with the battery but rather with the software, electrical circuits, or the key. Despite several visits, the problem remains unresolved, and the service center staff have also been behaving rudely during my interactions.
Additionally, during the purchase, the salesperson (Mr. Karremulla from the Bahadurpura branch) informed me that the vehicle comes with a 5-year warranty. However, I have now been told that the warranty is only for 3 years.
The vehicle is still under warranty, yet I am already facing significant difficulties. I am concerned about how much worse things could become once the warranty period ends. Was this information helpful? |
