TVS Motor Company — TVS Jupiter battery failure and poor response from Service Provider

I am Jagan. I bought TVS Jupiter ZX in the month of April 2021 at Kothari TVS Pammal, Chennai. After few days the bike suddenly off in slow run and self start issue. And i compliant about in my first service but no improvement. After some time i am facing self start not working and bike suddenly off in slow run. I gave my bike for 2nd service and complain about the issue(21/09/2021 1st visit). The service people told it seems battery failure and ride for 2 days and come back if you are facing issue. But the problem continue and again visit service centre and they ask me get appointment and come(24/09/2021 2nd visit). And i got appointment and went to Service center in the evening and they told it take more time so another day(29/09/2021 3rd Visit). Finally they remove the failure battery(4th Visit-3/10/2021)) and ask me to come another day after they informed to replace the new battery. Every visit the customer care call me but not listen my issue instead of they ask only rating. Almost 7 days still i am not received any information about battery replacement and unable to use self start almost more than a month. I questioned service centre about the new bike within 4 month how battery failure?. The reply from Service centre shocked me they are very casual and replied this very common issue we will replace the battery. Now I have doubt about the genuine of the parts in my bike. There are also safety issue if any brake or other parts have the same issue. I almost visited 4 days and take 2 days leave in my company also. Who will bare the lost of my income, lost of my time. It is very pathetic and think why i bought TVS instead of other providers there. Please help me resolve my issue and i requested company to please more focus on part quality and save the rider life.
