TVS Motor Company — tvs jupiter starting problem since bought (sep-16) till date

I purchased tvs jupiter new scooter on 8 sep'16. There is problem of starting everytime during a day at first. We communicate to the then dealer kamal tvs near capital chowk, ambala cantt (Not existing now). They replied it might be due to winters.

After 1st servicing also, i mentioned the same problem. They told they will fix it. Again same problem persists, now even after continuously mentioning in the service record the same problem (Now in summer also) of starting at first persists. Now, 3 servicing has been done but the problem remains the same and even becoming worse.

It is requested to kindly solve this issue to avoid any further harassment.
