TVS Motor Company — TVS Ntorq 125 Race Starting issues

Updated by Abhi Shyam Update: I submitted my Ntorq at nearest authorized TVS service center on 12/08/2021 as I was unable to start my bike. I received a call from them on 14/08/2021 telling that the parts (DC Relay and wiring chain) are not available with them so they won't be available to repair the bike. They asked me to take the bike back and use kickstart. They have also charged my Rs.560 without repairing it. I informed the same to customer care through mobile and the customer care informed that they will reach back to me by 18/08/2021. They also told that the parts will cost around Rs.3, 500.00 excluding GST and other maintenance charges and it won't come under Warranty. I have to pay the amount. However, I requested them to get the material and repair my bike as soon as possible. They did not allow me to keep the vehicle in service center. So I took it along with me.

Updated by Abhi Shyam Update: It's been 1 week and my issues are not yet resolved. There is no proper response from TVS customer care service and the service center guys are telling that they don't know anything. I am calling customer care daily asking for update and they are telling that someone from Next level will reach out to me and the issues will get resolved. But till this time no one Reached out to me. Fedup with the service TVS is providing.
