TVS Motor Company — TVS Raider booked but not delivered

Hi TVS Team,

I have booked TVS Raider (Disk variant, yellow colour) on 17th December 2021 in Aarya TVS Motor Agencies, Ooty, Tamilnadu. contact person is Elizer Samuel (Friends call him Shyam Mallikanth - Contact: +[protected], +[protected]. Please find my receipt for that booking attached herewith. Also the reference ID for that person.

He had confirmed that the bike can be delivered on 3rd January 2022, which is not yet done.

The biggest worrying part is, he is not giving updates, not picking the call at all and he never respond back to me though looking my missed calls.

It seems spoiling the reputation of TVS.

Could someone pick this on high priority by considering customers and let me know the status of bike delivery?

Or Could you tell me the escalation point of contact?
