We have purchased a Scooty Pep new vehicle on the month of Jan 2021 from Raj Vijay Agencies - Pondicherry. With in two weeks of purchase the problem started, means while running the vehicle offs automatically. When we took the vehicle to dealer from whom we have purchased, they have told you have to run the vehicle for more kilometer. This problem continues for six months, where the vehicle turnaround the running kilometer 750. They have replaced some parts in the vehicle. Post that service, after two months, we had starting problem - both click start and self start is not working. As of today we ran around 1400 km.
How come these issue will be there in the new engine. Hereby i request the TVS customer care team to look into the below reference and check is it the new series...

I have purchased this vehicle for my father, who is having the vehicle with one hand operation. How come a new engine will give these type of problem, We consumer are purchasing the vehicle with lot of efforts in savings and getting it done. But the products is not in good quality, what we have to do? Can the management team will look into it and revert back with replacement.
This new vehicle keeps on problem, even service team at the dealer ship location is not happy to receive the complain.
