I have purchased a new vehicle jan 2017, om sakthi motors, mogapappair west, chennai - 37. My registration no. Tn13h 4788. On june 2018, due to an accident on front portion, i have to completely change my front portion. Even my speedometer was reset. I have taken my vehicle on august 2018. After running for nearly 2364 km in november my engine ceased becasue of low level oil in engine. On verification i was told that the charges to rectify it shall come around rs.10, 000. The recommended oil change of the vehicle is approx. 2500 km. My vehicle got ceased before that itself. Keeping this in mind, i would request the company to rectify the fault with minimum charges.
