Despite numerous reminder, mandar tvs sales team is not bothered to sort out my paytm cashback issue. I had booked a tvs jupiter in 24th march and got the delivery very next day. However, the delivery status is still not updated by the dealer, which is unnecessary delaying the cashback of inr 2700 from paytm. I am surprised to see the lack of ownership from entire team at mandat tvs, pune. It's been more than 15 days now, they have only asked for multiple details about delivery. Rather, they should take this matter seriously and work towards fixing the issue on priority. Disappointing customer service by mandar tvs team. Was this information helpful? | |||
