TVS Motor Company — Unsatisfactory Service received from TVS authorized dealer -Matrix Motors Mira Road

I am not happy against the service received on 11th Feb 2017 from your authorized dealer @ Matrix Motors - Mira road.

Reasons were as follows-
Bike serviced even after confirmation that surveyor will do the inspection first.
in Invoice clutch plate (its cover, labour) charged, but it has been noticed after a month that it was burnt
Chain sprocket seems changed, local mechanic advised to change. new were installed on[protected] at Siddhivinayak TVS - Goregaon (E).
No parts made available till date which were requested to change. Front fairing & left side light
more parts may be replaced which is difficult to identify at my end
