I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience at your SV AUTOMOTIVE PVT LTD KAKANAD on March 5th, 2025. I made a double payment (2853) for my bill, as evidenced by the attached screenshot, yet the executive and manager refused to release my scooter.
Despite showing proof of payment, I was denied my vehicle, causing unnecessary inconvenience. I needed my scooter urgently as I had to drop my daughter at school the next day. Instead of assisting me, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional.
After much frustration, I was compelled to make an additional payment to one of the executive’s personal account, yet the manager failed to provide any proof that my previous payment was not credited to your official account. This mismanagement and lack of transparency wasted my valuable time.
Due to this poor treatment and financial discrepancy, I am considering filing a formal complaint against TVS and the manager's behavior. I request an immediate resolution, necessary action against the misconduct of your staff.
