I have visited TVS motor service center due to issue in self start in my NTORQ on 12th of Jan'25. Firstly they said my battery is having an issue which they have already replaced with my new battery when I observed that and raised a question, this is not mine but they were claiming that the battery is from my vehicle which was the model of 2023 however my battery was from 2025 model which I purchased just a week ago on January 2026. When I asked to share CCTV footage then on the next day they accepted that the battery had been replaced due to any reason. and returned my battery. This is the first thing I faced.
Secondly when they released my vehicle I found that the cover which used to fill the petrol is damaged/replaced. I called them and visited service center where they just behaved unprofessionally and claimed that the part were already damaged and asked for money to replace it which is totally unfair. I called to managers as well but they rarely respond on my calls. There team not even want to listen anything and also not providing any solution. I have already raised a complaint to their support team but they are closing my complaint without any resolution again and again and their customer support or Management is not responding on my issue at all.
I just want them to replace the damaged or replaced part asap.
