Late week I went to the Tvs showroom to give my bike service (TVS Apache 160 4v). The first thing was they don't know how to interact with customers because I called them before going to the showroom. They were talking nice but when I went to the showroom no one was responding and the mechanic person was talking unwanted things and he did not notice the bike complains.And he is telling to me why you are coming to this showroom you can go go other showroom and do it properly that means he don't know how to do the service or he have any problem with the showroom. Because of his behaviour I did not give my bike to that showroom and I went to another showroom. I thought my bike was KA registration Maybe because of that he behaved like that or not I don’t know.
TVS has the big brand name in India and this kind of incident happens to uneducated or common people means first he blames the TVS bike and company. So I request the TVS and the showroom please teach the employees and mechanics how to talk to the customers and give the proper response .
