TVS Motor Company — Walters TVS Velachery - Not delivering ordered bike for 21 days

I have ordered TVS Jupiter 125 blue colour on September 4, 2023 and they said they will deliver it in max 10 days. But Its been 21 days (as of today) and whenever I follow up with the person I am asked to wait for another one week. I went to the TVS Walters Velachery showroom thrice for follow up alone and made nearly 15+ calls. I feel like waiting too long for a scooter. I think cars are getting delivered soon compared to Jupiter 125.
It's giving me mental pressure when I am not getting the product I ordered 21 days back. Please help me get my bike delivered.
