TVS Motor Company — Worst behaviour of sales consultant ever seen

I visited Urja Autocorp, patna for seeing vehicle one girl was dealing me and another girl sales consultant was delivering vehicle suddenly she started shouting on customers saying go in account take back your money I will not deliver vehicle to just because customer was asking for leg guard as a discount as customer told that she had told her in telephonic conversation about discount.
I am still not able to know that is there any management system or not. Then the girl dealing me went to the customer and then she told don't panic sir I will provide you seat cover as we don't have leg guard right now.
It was the worst experience I have ever had in any showroom it was a shame for TVS MOTORS instead of being ahead delivering good service and customer satisfaction company is going back and behaving rudely with customers I can't suggest any one for urja Autocorp ever. Worst management I had ever seen.
