Tvs Scooty Zest — break failure new scooty | |||
Emailid:[protected]@gmail.com Sir... I am vasantham prameela... I purchased a new scooty zest on october 19 2018.in vip road olive tvs visakhapatnam. The day i have purchased only i have a break failure problem. And i gave it to repair they told its a minor issue and just repaired and gave back. And still i am getting the same problem i again returned saying i am still getting the sound on 22 october 2018 night the next day morning i got the problem and too huge sound which is unbearable i went yesterday saying i dont want and returned they are not accepting it... And even the employees are behaving disrespectfully. We said we wanted a specific number they didn't tell us any procedure and blaming us. Please do respond to this as quickly as possibly. We can't suggest tvs again to anyone. I do know we are not only the customers but if we spread the bad word out atleast ten members wouldn't prefers yours. Every customer is valuable for you people know. And the employee named mr gopi we have informed him. About the number he bluffing that he was not informed he didn't tell us the procedure. And they gave us a pr number which don't want sir we are not getting proper response.. Primary problem is the scooty how can a newly purchased scooty have a problem and they are telling it s 2017 model.. Sir if 2017 model has a problem why are you selling it. Sir this is very bad on your part as how can you give a person break failure scott that too for a lady. Sir we want the problem to be rectified. Please replace the scotty i am still having a problem. We also told that we will pay extra give us a 2018 model they are not accepting.. Please respond quickly. Please replace the scott we will pay extra Was this information helpful? | |||
