Dear sir
As we already registered a complaint for replacement of scooty. You have said us in call that we can replace it by paying money but when we have said that to the showroom manager he is asking for proof for acceptance of replacement. I have already mailed u all the details and i have also said that i need ur acceptance and please do inform the showroom too about the acceptance. Please do send us the acceptance for replacement...

Sir... I am vasantham prameela... I purchased a new scooty zest on october 19 2018.in vip road olive tvs visakhapatnam. The day i have purchased only i have a break failure problem. And i gave it to repair they told its a minor issue and just repaired and gave back. And still i am getting the same problem i again returned saying i am still getting the sound on 22 october 2018 night the next day morning...
