Respected Sir,
I bought Splendor plus bike from Navsari on[protected]. Currently I am staying in Anand city for job purpose. Current reading is 10200km in bike. facing the issue of air removal since the last 2 months in both the tyres. (I used to check air / puncture every 2-3 days since last 1 month). Then I found that there were cracks in the sides of both the tyres.
I have visited an Authorised Dealer (Kamal Auto sales) in Anand, Gujarat. They have sent pictures of the tyre to an engineer. As per the guidelines of the engineer they checked the air leakage from the tyre. At that time no leakage was found (I don’t know how they are checking the leakages) but I am facing air leakage issues for the last 2 months. I had a talk with an engineer on call. He first said that I may have ride the bike without air in tyre. (Sir, I am having that much intelligence that air is necessary in both the tyres to ride a bike, and cracks are observed in both tyres, this is not a coincidence. This is the defect). Then he said that this is the weather impact and rejected the replacement of tyres even with the payment of depreciated tyres.
I am located in Gujarat area where there are lacs of TVS tyre consumers. I may only one who got this weather impact in my tyre, ohh sorry… in both tyres.
Sorry, I request to replace the tyres please. I don’t want to have any kind of accident due to these tyres. It can crack and leak any time. You can see in the attached picture.
