Hello,
I baught my tvs vehicle which has hardly covered 20k and the tyre has good condition and grip visibly, the tyre are tvs itself yet the tyre has an inner cut due to which the tyre has bloated and seems risky to take out. As the company caims warranty as it is the mfg defect. Kindly assist me further on this.

I am Hedar Ali, I bought an Activa6G on 30th July 2020 from the APJ Auto Mobile showroom (163, Sewla Jat, Gwalior Road Agra-282001), Which TVS tyre is fitted. The rear tyre of activa is bloating from place to place, so there are holes in the tyre while driving. I have never used a tyre like this. I also had an activa earlier which was fitted with MRF tyres which did not spoil after 5 year. In making TVS tyres it seems to be that very poor material is used either manufacturing fault but the front wheel is perfect. it has not had any punchers till now and has not bloating from anywhere and is working perfectly and i would also like to tell you that because of this i have punctured 10 to 15 times, in which i have had 400 to 500 rupees and i had to drag the activa on foot for many kilometers. I didn't even know it was a manufacturing fault. I was getting a puncture made, then the puncture guy told me that your tyre is manufacturing fault. Once you show it to the company.So I showed my tyre to the workshop. He told me you will get a new tyre go to KK Enterprises (Location Bhagwan talking Agra) when i went there, he said that you will not get new tyre for its replacement, but we will give you a new tyre for which you will have to pay 800 by the way this tyre is new for 1200 rupees.Sir, you tell me why I will give 800 rupees. What is my fault in this? No tyre is wasted so soon. If this deficiency does not come out in it, then why will I change the tyre? and I pray that you do not put this burden on me. Similarly, prior has been spent 400 -500 in puncture and air. TVS is a very big company in india. you should keep in mind that no product should go like this in the market so that no one gets a problem.Sir, I request you to get me a new tyre as soon as possible.

This is Ramesh from Coimbatore, i had been purchased one Honda Livo Bike with your Brand of TVS tyre on November 2019, now around 3 years to be completed, my has completed the millage around 21000 km, now my bike's front wheel tyre is very weak with bulge, so i approached with Honda show room, they are not saying correct solution, so i have written this letter to you, as per your company rules the tyre warranty period is 5 year, i checked in online, so i request you to kindly change and give to me, here with i have attached the photo for your kind attention.

I bought Bajaj Avneger bike. Current reading is 4000 km in bike. facing the issue of air removal since the last 1 months in the tyre. (I used to check air / puncture every 2-3 days since last 1 month). Then I found that there were cracks in the sides of the tyre.

I have contacted Tvs tyre ustomer care but no reply...As per the guidelines of the mechanic he checked the air leakage from the tyre. I am facing air leakage issues for the last 1 month..

i want the replacement of the tyre. i don’t want to have any kind of accident due to this tyre. It can crack and leak any time. You can see in the attached picture.
I have bought a bike in March 2021...And i have driven only 4000 kms ...within 1 year ..the front tire got damaged...there is leakage of air from the sidewall...i showed to the mechanic...he said the tire is showing leakage of air from the sidewall...And it's in warranty ..I need now replacement of tire...Reaching only 4000kms on tire...the tire condition got damaged to this level...such a hectic company its..the tire wont last for even 4000 kms..is this the quality of your product...@TVS EUROGRIP TYRES

This is very bad service of tvs tyers company And there are some peple very bad manner in this company. Nd today i went to change my bike tyers as on warranty and waha ke ek worker jiska naam Ankush kumar h jisne meri bike ka tyer change bi nhi kiya or mujhse batamizi se bi bat ki or kaha ki jise chaho complaint kar sakte ho even ye tak kaha ki police m jakar kar do to koi fark nhi padhta mujhe nd mujhe abhi bike liye ek saal bi nhi hua or uske tyer problem karne lage hain usi ki wajah se m waha gya or 30km ka safar karne ke bad bi ye sab sune ko mila...nd meri taraf se tvs company ko 0% ki rating milegi or jab tak ankush jese log is comapany me hain tab tak ye comapany me ese hi negative comments milte rahege or afterall ab kisi bi company se kuch bi purchese krunga magar tvs company se nhi .

My bike is Splendorplus which was bought in 2020. now the front tyre full up. Please help me

I have purchased new scooty hero destini 125 from Jai mabe auto agency jamul bhilai on 1 Marche 2022. Scooty has run 10000 km and has hound bubbles over rear Tyre. Replace it fast.

I complaint at TVS Tyres for my brand new vehicle both tyres but TVS engineer approved front tyre only, he said i will be check physically after that i deside what can we do, but since 3 month no one come for physical inspection and today i talk with him, then he replayed me that, i approved front wheel tyre but still i will physically check rear wheel after that i deside for that. so i request to you kindly help me in this case, becouse of this issue i mentally harass at my side and because of this my nature was irritating

Tyre leakage kr rha hai 6-7 mahine se bhot presan hu daily hawa dalwata hu agle din subha nikli hui milti h

It's been 3 years and ran 5500 kms for TVS Jupiter classic and the front and rear tyre crack in between.
TVS service centre do repair or replace the tyre.
And mechanic says type will burst leading to accident so need to replace immediately.
Why the quality of tvs tyre is bad and why there is no service around by tvs.
I want free tyre replacement by TVS.

Rear Tyre bubbling problem

Dear sir/Madam

I was buy tvs tyre on 08/05/2021 but now on day just within one and half year tyre suffering from to many problem like it is puncture frequently, about 8 time from last 15 days, also in tyre during checking there is another defect point also find out.
Retailer doesn't give any solution and told that it's in only one year warranty afterall at time of buying was told about 5 year warranty.please help us .Thank you.

My tvs tire was inflated so my tire was in warranty so took 1000 rupees from me while it is messages 607 rupees so please money i want refund

I hope you're in your best health and your day has started on a good note.
I would like to draw your kind attention to my issue as I was a TVS Exclusive inner tube and LCV tyre distributor and proprietor of M/s Pahalwan Tyre Wale, Etawah, U.P.
Sir/Madam we think you're reasonable for resolving this issue we've been facing for months and in between this period. We tried each and every possible way to contact our Area Manager/ Senior Area Manager Mr.Ashutosh sir and Mr.Devesh Sir but they didn't take any action yet. You'll be surprised to know that despite our requests, they didn't even visit at our shop. We are not expecting such kind of behavior from professionals like them who operate in several cities So finally we are writing directly to you.
Sir/Madam we started our distribution work in the month of July 2021. Our first bill generated on 05/July/2021 and received the goods on 11/July/2021. Here I would like to mention that at the time of our initial billing they didn't provide us any authorised distribution letter/Banner/Certificate and that was not ordinary thing for us but still we ignored it because of goodwill of the Company.
At the end of July Mr.Ashutosh told us that a debit note will charge for your account. Hearing this we got shocked We asked the reason and he told us that there is a particular target have been decided for us in both segments. We told him that this is illegal because he never told us or mentioned about any such thing like target or Debit note at the time of proposal. Then he reassured us that this debit note policy will be applicable from the next month. There is a relaxation for initial billing month. After that we had completed each and every target .
After some time we complained Mr.Ashutosh about odd sizes billing which weren't in the demand but there was no action, after that suddenly we noticed that Mr.Ashutosh were billing LCV Tyres to another counter without our notice and that was fraud with us. So we decided not to work with such person who is unprofessional and ignorant. We are not questioning on his skills but that was not the way.
We asked him for the refund of Deposit balance and Running account remaining balance, a sum total of 50000+15086=65086.
After months of request we received a amount of Rs.44305/- on 14/Feb/2022. We told him that that is not the full amount and Since then they are not answering anything from us.
Sir we are not professionals but we personally think that TVS's training standards must be of high standard, however my area manager didn't reflect those standards at all. I would hate to see you lose any more good customers and goodwill.
At last thank you for your kind attention regarding this matter please refund our remaining balance as soon as possible. We're enclosing herewith the documents: Our cancelled cheque and Letter head.

my Dominar 400 from shop Shyam Enterprises, Khatipura, Sirsi Road, Jaipur on 18 march 2021. On 25 July 2022, tyre got flat initially i thought it is a puncture but when i check with the puncture mechanic, he shows me there is leakage of air from the bike side rim. Then i went to nearest ceat showroom for tyre check and fittings he told me there is a side crack and cut in the tyre which is not curable. Today when i go to Shyam enterprise shop from where i buy the product, he told me very rudely you are lying it is not possible. This is how you deal with customers? TVS promised 3 years of manufacturing guarantee and cuts and shop onwer refused to check any thing. Shop owners just want to sell their products after wards customer go to hell philosophy is there i think. There is no single puncture in the rear tyre after purchase. As per shop owner i am lying if there is no puncture in tyre everything is going good previously then why i should lye for just new tyre. I will definitely raise complain against the shop owner in the consumer court. I just want to add to TVS this is how you made tyre for the heavy bikes? Just cut after 1 year of the tyre. As per tyre date 10/19 is the manufacturing date that is still under 3 years. In 2021 shop owner sold me 2 years old tyre. Please resolve my query and i will raise complaint in the all complaint authority whichever apply because if we pay for the tyre and tyre got damaged after 1 year so there is no sense.
