[Resolved] TVS Tyres — Tyre Complaint | |||
Sir, I have purchased a new vehicle from JB Honda CD 110, Jhandewala, New Delhi on 11.10.2020 and I am facing a leakage problem in front tyre of my bike. I have visited & complaint it to J.B Honda, Service Center, Naraina Delhi on 05.09.2021, they said front Tyre is defective and should be replace under warranty & issue letter of “Replacement of tyre under warranty” . After that I have visited to Vohra Enterprise, Shop No C-12, Ram Garh, Near Jahangir Puri Metro Station, Delhi for replacement with “Replacement of tyre under warranty” letter. It is very Shameful to say that my bike tyre is in under warranty but your dealer totally refused to change that defective Tyre. He opened up my defective Tyre & rim and clean it both with Regmar & cream after that fit the same in my bike and charge me Rs. 100 (without any bill). But leakage problem is not rectify and I have called to dealer he totally refuse to replace my defected tyre. Sir, I am very trusty/ valuable customer of TVS but after experience of your service I feel that all product & Employees of your TVS company is very poor, low quality and 3rd grade/ cheap people/ Employee. They are not trust worthy. After seen my case my entire family is in shock. It is heartily request you to kindly replace my tyre or refund my tyre cost at the earliest as possible please.
