I purchased a 28 inches on LCD TV from authorized shop from mehta electronics about 2 years back after 1 year there was a black line that appeared on the TV screen on one side later on some shadows of picture started developing on the screen i reported to the shop where i bought the LCD TV they will complaint to lg in spite of that the lg service center people said that this is very rare defect that occurs one in a lakh and they will have to change the screen panel and as the warranty was only for 1 year i will have to pay 10000 Rs ...for that...This is a big question on the quality of product sold by LG..as my LCD has never been moved neither misused still this defect occurred, ... i think that just because of the brand people trust the LG products & with in 2 year the product has some defect so LG service have to do some thing in that matter... please
