LG PLASMA TV, SOLD TO ME BY ADAMS, KHARAGPUR, ON 4TH MAY,2012. IT HAS SEVERE PROBLEM OF MALFUNCTIONING SINCE NOV,2012, AND THE SERVICE ENGINEER VISITED AND REARED THE PRODUCT 3 TIMES, BUT THE PRODUCT IS STILL TROUBLESOME. THE MOTHER BOARD HAS BEEN REPLACED, BUT THE MALFUNCTIONING IS STILL LINGERING, STILL IT IS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD, BUT WHAT WILL BE AFTER THE EXPIRY OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. SO I CLAIM AND REQUEST TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT COMPLETELY OR I HAVE TO TAKE NECESSARY STEPS.
