Vivek sir, i am working in tybros holidays india pvt. Ltd. I joined on 29th march 2017 my selection was done by mr. Rakesh kumar. On the same day of my interview i joined tybros holidays. This was my first ever experience in my entire carrier tenure of 10 years. That on my interview day i joined and started working, it took me 2 days to understand and take over all the responsibility given to me. I seriously don't know what happened to mr. Rakesh kumar suddenly after my one month completion, he just said kindly don't come to work.

My reason of this email is that mr. Rakesh kumar hired me on 29th march 2017 and on 29th april 2017 he said i don't like your work. So don't come from tomorrow. I was shocked to hear that because this kind of attitude in professional world that too towards me was never ever felt or seen in my entire carrier, with such a foolish reason. And also i was hired as manager by him, not any other labour employee. That he can fire me with this lame statement, which i never heard in total tenure. But anyways, i took it on positive note and i requested rakesh sir that kindly give my salary and other dues, also, i said that (I have to do my daughter school admission, and its very important i can't delay on this, so i am asking for my hard earn money, not i am lending money, and also i mentioned rakesh sir that i am the only male member in my family, so kindly consider it, and wear my shoe to feel the same, and also without any prior information you are letting me go, as per law you are liable to pay my current salary and on an above 2 months salary in advance, so that i can find another job). And also i will put down my resignation after this. Because as we all are aware if company fire us with no reason due to some financial issues company is liable to pay 2 months salary on an above of dues pending, on immediate note, so that employee can't claim for continution of a job, also as beign human, employee can also buy some time to find another job. And also in manager level position it is very difficult to find job so soon. But still i don't know why he always treated me like i am noone. He hired me as manager of tybros and later i realise that i am cheaper then a road side shop guy for him. But that's ok if we talk about professionalism it hardly matters that what other person keeping a preception about us. But still as i mentioned above that rakesh sir said after completing my month that i don't like your work style so don't come from tomorrow. Firstly i never work in such organization in my entire carrier, where i never got any offer letter or appointment letter, and without any warning rakesh kumar said that you are fired that too after completing a month. I know situation was not good of tybros as per update from rakesh sir, because we were falling down because of some prior management we were having, so we were in loss. Might company was not able to afford me as manager. And the best part is my last package i was withdrawing was 8lakh 30 thousand per annum. And rakesh sir hired me on 35000/ rs. Per month + 500/ rs as phone expense + convience and parking (To visit activities we have to keep a check on employee, minimum amount approved was 4 grands, same like supervisor he get in his salary) if any. I said yes for this job because after my father demise i was not working anywhere infact i was running a small food chain business, but somehow its my personal issue that business didn't turned good for me. So i decided to start from scratch again. So somehow tybros came across and i said yes and joined in half of my package. But as i said earlier might rakesh sir didn't able to afford me as manager for tybros, he fired me without any notice or prior information. Again i was on back to square one. After my too many messages to rakesh sir on wats app after he fired me, that too without papers. Nor any finance settlement. He called me again on 2nd may 2017 to join back again in lower salary which he can offord for me - 25000/ rs. + same as phone and convience and parking if any without any other option. As per him he said join back or get your balance money in f. N. F. Which never happen. But still again i said yes because he wanted to see my potential and he promised that after completing 3 months he will pay the arrear of 10 grands for 3 months from his pocket and will start my 35000/ rs salary again. Again i started working putting my heart /soul everything. That too in april month i don't even took any leave not even my week offs. Firstly i joined after a long gap. And i was full of work in me. So i decided to make my name in tybros and also to reach higher in designation. Because as company grows, employee grows and also there is a saying if we are there in bad phase of someone, when time changes towards good phase. Company will definitely take you along..

So as i said i joined back again on 2nd may 2017 and he gave me 15000/ rs part salary in my account and said rest amount will be there in few days, knowing the fact that i am having some personal liability to do on urgent basis, like my daughter school admission and for my living. But anyways i know this is not company problem, this is my problem to solve it. But i was not asking anything, i was just asking my salary that too in full to solve my problem. But still i focused on my work, and started working. And also at the same time i use to motivate my b. D. And telle team with the same aspect that have patience, things will be normal soon. Our main moto should be to do good work, so that telle team should get good data so that they can turn up clients for sales team to convert sales. And then things will be solved. After doing everything still i was never ever appreciated for anything. Instead of bad behaviour from rakesh sir. As mentioned earlier that i was just a road side shop guy for him. Not as a manager sitting in a room and discussing the issue. Now cherry on the cake is. Again i was working putting my full efforts to change time of tybros and come out of issue we currently have in our organization. Again on 21st may 2017, close to end of month, prior month balance was also not given to me till now, rakesh sir replyied to my chain mail i sent to mr. Razvi khan (A big time lier) for my team incentive of, 150 rs for trial pack selling, razvi khan cc to rakesh sir also said to me that kindly update my record that i was asking for 6 trial pack incentive for my team idoly it is only 3 now. And on an above rakesh sir mailed in that chain email keeping everyone in cc that sack me from my job. Now this what rakesh kumar is, he only know how to sack people from there job that too not paying them there salary, and making them run behind and doing following ups for months and months. I was shocked after looking that email from rakesh sir, because i was just working on incentive and performance data of my team, i moved forward and started working again, and the best part is that day before yesterday razvi khan only said me to send this report in front of my b. D. Supervisors mr. Sanjeev. To send this incentive mail to mrd team and keep cc to him as well. And i followed the same. Because sales team is very near to razvi khan, there incentives get clear same date. But telle team and b. D. Team who are roots of a tybros are always get ignored and always get threat that we will chuck you out, if you argue to clear your funds. After i read that email, i was just replying back to that email, in mean while hr prashant saxena received a call from razvi khan, that kindly tell vikas to submit company laptop given to him, and tell him to go, he will get his dues by monday, which was 23rd may 2017. And also tell him to don't reply on this chain mail he sent. So i did the same and felt so bad and also never saw such email in such an unprofessional way. They talk about professionalism but for them they don't follow. So on that same email rakesh sir replyied sack me. Please tell me sir, out of the box is this is the reason to sack someone that too of no reason. Razvi khan is not rising tybros holidays, he is just spending time to reach the target given of 15 lakh to him on monthly basis, and he know if he will leave this job, he is nothing, if you haven't seen him once, then please do a meeting with him, you will understand what kind of person he is. He don't know how to talk in english neither, how to deal with clients. He is good for nothing.. He is just surviving not rising. Because he know very well after leaving tybros he will not get job anywhere. Because he know very well after looking himself in mirror on daily basis. He always do back biting. Till now i am unable to understand why razvi khan did this to me. He only said to email and after i mailed he is the one who said i am of no use.. Some kind of games they sit and plan everyday, with hr prashant saxena, and just after there calls to each other, they blame, that they are of no use... I can understand if some employee is not affordable, we can simply tell that person to leave, instead of game planes etc.. Because i never in politics neither i want to be. I know how to work, and how to work. That too in smart way but always in right way. Kindly help me out of this, i am not emailing you, so that i can join back. With this environment i can never ever work again. With such lame people around. My concern is that kindly clear all my dues. Total comes around approx 42, 000/- rs. Except 25 grands i have received already in installments. So left balance is 42 grands. So kindly clear the dues so that i can manage to live my living. And can find another job. Because easy to sack people, knowing the fact that person is honest and hard working, also with such behaviour i am also suffering with depression and taking pills against this issue, if by god forbidden something happen to me mean while, whole responsibility goes to mr. Rakesh kumar (Tybros holidays). Because he thinks he can just walk away like this like always. I know he don't even pay tax to government also things related to tybros, neither he deduct any p. F. And esi of employees working, he do deduct tax from employees, but it never get paid to government. Company employee should get covered in all the required formalities all companies have. Also employee should get medical covers also form16 every year for filling returns. I just want my dues to be clear. Before i go legal. Kindly don't take it otherwise, i am not well, he harressed me like anything, while working sacking someone without any reason. That too person working so religiously and hard working, not even disturbing him once. Otherwise he is liable to pay 2 months salary with my current salary dues as per labour law. So please help me sir. I know you will understand, and will figure out what is right, and what is wrong. Please help me vivek sir. This amount is nothing for you. I know you are honest, and you have started this organization from scratch.

Thank you so much vivek sir for your time for reading this email. I am still in shock. Because it is so unprofessional, i am not even understanding what to do know... Again in end of the month i am out, having a family with me, how to survive and where to go for a new job. I am so much in depression, what to say. Feel like hang myself.

Totally disturbed, please feel like that someone is sending this email from your family who is facing issues big time. And wants your help. I know you have all rights to solve this dues and issues i have on tybros.
