I had went to take holiday membership for 25 years. After they informed me about the plan, i was assured that they will block the charge of 25, 000 rs during the "10 days cool off" period. During this period, if i found the membership unsatisfactory, they will release the charge "no questions asked". The same is mentioned in their terms and conditions 7.2 in the attached proofs. I had requested them to cancel my blocked amonut as i am no more willing for the membership after having done my secondary research. The copy of the same e-mail is also attached as a proof. However, they are not releasing the blocked amount that was on my card 25th july, 2016. Now they are not refunding my amount. They are the biggest fraud and i feel cheated. Please never ever take membership from them

If you want your money you have to come there file a complaint against them...I am also going to complaining against them...

They are frauds and cheaters. They have looted us by giving false promises. Now they are not even refunding our money.
I am in regular follow-up for payment refund but they are not proper responding and revert only one mail format cut and paste. I think to take legal action against this fraud company who cheated and harassed me.

They are cheat with us, and no refund from Feb to till Sep 16.
Same is the case with me.

Not booked even a single holiday. They even don't reply on mail. Phone is not picked. They don't have any tie-ups. They are totally fraud. Only one property they boast about. CLub-EON is looting the innocent people like me.
I'll take legal action against them. Then only they will come to what is the meaning of cheating poor people.
I also feel cheated by them. Really they don't have any property of their own. I have booked a hotel for Shimla through them which they have further booked on GOIBIB and it was not even a 3 star property. In they presentation they have promised for 4-5 star properties. I also want to take a legal action against them.

Helo friends Tybros group have given us a voucher which is free of cost for 3N /4D .They told us that we won this coupon is it really a free of cost or they will charge us hospitality charges I just want to know if some1 is reading my comment and have experience about this coupon i realy want to know the experience.

Even I got the same voucher few days back. after reading these reviews on various sites, I'm skeptical on weather to try them out or not. But it;s true that they don't have any tie ups. You pay them and then they make the bookings through their own channels. Off course you get better rates, but check the below breakup :
80000/- for 24 days of Holiday = 3333 per night. which is more than average cost of good hotels at most locations in India.
I also gave him 60000rs for 5 year plan. But when I ask available destination then they didn't tell me. It is totally waste of money. At the time of agreement, they told many destination in India as well as in abroad but it is totally fraud.

Is there any chance to refund money or any legal action?

I am also facing the same. i m also following up for my refund since oct'16 but they are keep on lingering on only.
These people called me to their Noida office stating that I have won surat diamond voucher and a holiday voucher. Girl who called me said that I would be facilitated as i have won this in a lucky draw but when I reached their office they started torturing me by explaining all their plans. They were forcing me to buy their 5 year plan by repeatedly pushing that to me. I told him many times that I will get back to them on this as i did not have any idea that i needed to buy some plan but they simply went on with their sales rhetoric and did not even give me the surat diamond voucher. Please dont fall for these crooks.

This is totally fake company. Don't take any plan. They will not fulfill any told promises. There have limited 4-5 holiday destinations only. Out of them there is no availability on need. Don't trust on it.

Hi Team,

This is again very bad experience for me. Now please explain me how I have to schedule my holiday package. Because on long weekend, you don't have booking availabilities.

As you know that I am a private job holder. It's not possible for me to take 5-6 days leave only for tourism purpose.

At the time of taking TYBROS plan, your teammates told us that we will provide you priority on urgent bases. They were influencing us for too many benefits of this plan like 2 day prior booking on peak season also.

Now you have to tell me that what is the benefit for taking this plan for five year. Because you are not able to provide booking facilities even before 21-22 days.

We've n number of times informed you on calls and on emails, that the commitments which were made verbally while we are in discussion are different to that what you are mailing now, We are not interested in continuing any further. Refund the money.

We went ahead with your package after hearing few good notes from your team member Mr. Gaurav but I am sorry to say all the commitments that were made was never fulfilled. Few of the ask from the meeting was:

We will receive the membership card within 7 days
We can book hotels/resorts anytime without even worrying about the festive dates like Christmas, New Year, etc.
We can redeem the voucher anytime by calling the helpline and they will manage the booking
Also, it was said that after we receive the membership card, we can book the hotels instantly and this is a special feature which your competitors are not providing and which makes you unique
I took this membership because we wanted to avail the booking for Goa this month through one of your voucher and we clearly discussed this, but again to my surprise now you have to say that there is no room now

Also, you have to understand that within a stipulated time, it is nowhere possible to go through the agreement in a short notice. We went through 2 hours of there discussion (which lasts from 8:30 pm - 10:30 pm) after which we have been asked to fill the form which will have the same agreement details which Mr. Gaurav and his executive has given the presentation and we were left with no option. Either to sign and pay amount the same moment or ignore the offer. We liked what your executives discussed with us and based on their discussion we thought of going with your package. We even ignored the fact that they were without any ID proofs, visiting cards or any official documentation, but after asking for an official mail they did provided and we thought of going with your package.Also, we never received any call from your end, till the time my wife posted the concern on your portal.

Please understand that we wanted few things which I hope wont be flexible from your end. So, kindly consider this as a cancellation request and kindly refund our advance payment of Rs.15, 000 asap.
