Sir,

I the undersigned would like to inform you that, I have booked thru. website tyreonwheels.com online on 13/6/2015, Four car tyre make Apolo size 1956515 and made payment of Rs.18, 711/- using HDFC Credit Card No. [protected]. Confirmation of the said booking was electronically received on same day confirming receipt of Rs.18, 711/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred and eleven only) against the Order no. TOW 11945 Jun 299556.

On the said I again and again spoke to them on phone, but could not get the positive reponse. Although now almost six months time has been elapsed, I have neither received any tyres nor any refund of the amount of Rs.18, 711/-. I now convinced that the said persons run a fictitious company / business and lure thousands of innocent to book tyre on the aforesaid website and misappropriate the money / booking amount deposited by the customers.

In the said I have written to our local police, copy attached herewith for ref and record and written to them also alongwith the acknowledge copy of local police thru. speed post receipt no EG[protected]IN dtd 14.12.15 they received the same on 17.12.15.(copy attached)

The persons not only indulge in “Cyber crime” punishable under Section 66-D of the Information Technology Act, 2000 but also commit criminal offences under Section 403, 406, 420 read with Section 120-B of the Indian Penel Code.

It is, therefore, most humbly requested that kindly be registered against the Company and persons above named and / or against the Managing Director / Directors / persons, connected with the affairs of the aforesaid fictitious company namely Ramph Global Pvt. Ltd. and / or persons responsible for disseminating the fraudulent information on the website the “Tyre on Wheels” and the case be investigated any the guilty punished in accordance with law.
