Hi, I had purchased fore Ceat tyres from your prtal vide TOW14159OCT520323 on 14 Oct 2015. Firstly, the order copy was not generated during the transaction and after along follow-up with the customer care they gave order no but not mailed the order copy. One person Mr Babu assured to deliver within a week but it never happened. On repeated follow-up a person Mr vinod assured me that the tyres have been dispatched to Bangalore and will be inturn dispatched to Hyderabad. However nothing has happened.
