Hello Sir/ madame, I made order for four Bridgestone tyres for my car on 10th December 2015. I paid Rs. 19544 by using debit card. I got the order number TOW14892DEC638172. There was no information about the order since then. I called them last week at [protected]. Someone answered and he informed me that i will receive the order by next week. I asked him which courier partner are sending my order with and what was the tracking number. He told me they send it via professional courier and will give the tracking number the next day. i called him the next day and he gave me this number for tracking DEL[protected]. I'm checking professional courier website since then and i can't find the tracking details of my order. I called professional courier customer care abcd they informed that they can't find any details on this tracking number. I called again on tyreonwheels and the call is not connecting since then from any number. It was my huge mistake that i didn't inquire about the site before making the order now that i see too many people have gotten cheated by this fraudulent company. Hi.. so last day i got a message in my inbox from some online refund team and asked for my phone number.. he called me the next day and asked for my card number claiming that he will refund the money that i paid for tyreonwheels to my account. i gave him my card number and asked him when he would refund it. he told me within ten minutes. then he told me there is some problem with transaction and asked for another card. i gave him another card number. that's when he asked me for the one time password (otp) that i received on my number. i got suspicious and told him i didn't get any otp. then he asked me to do some math with my first card number last four digits and cvv number of the second card and he gave me some random numbers to add to these numbers. finally after long time of talking he asked me the total number i got when i added the said numbers from which he can easily get the cvv number . i asked him why he needed my cvv number and he said i will call back in some time. he never called. after that when i checked my account be had changed my 3d secure password. such fake guys. [protected] this is the number from which he called.
