U. S. Polo Assn — defective us polo jacket

Sir/mam,
I purchased us polo jacket from pjp mall jamsedhpur on 20.01.2019 at 20:17 hrs invoice no.-s40118/1/2019/250 reference no.-40118/1/2068. After that on the next day when i checked the jacket i found some fabric defect in it and returned it to the same shop. But almost 8 days has been passed so far now shpokeeper told me that it cannot be exchanged. We have just repaired it.
Request you to either exchanged my product or refund my amount for to maintain trust on us polo asn as i am the regular customer of that.
