I had a bought a us polo t-shirt from the us polo outlet in phoenix lower parel
After some washes the colour of the product faded alway and then i went to them for replacement. They took my product for quality check on 29/7/18 and assured me that they will contact me or reach me within 4 days and now it has been almost 12 days and yet i have not been reached
I tried to contact the store and the number available on internet is invalid
I even have the slip which they gave me when i gave my product to them
Us polo is a renowned company and i thought it regarded their customers complaints as first priority
