U. S. Polo Assn — replacement of t-shirt

I have perched 2 t shirt (1999-) from patna. As it has a size issue i visited to ur store j, d street & nickles mall showroom at ranchi, jharkhand for placement of size & store boy is not ready for replace the t-shirt and all your staff was so rude and so pathetic that they argued.. Nd saying t shirt is used & refused to take.. Even i have just tried at once just to check the size & this is so embarrassing with a brand like polo
I have brought so many stuff & got replacement if required from polo.. But this is so wired.. Kindly take a action or i need to take it on another level want to replace. And matter should be resolved by this week.. Kindly revert...
