I have booked an air ticket on the 4 th april for cochin to muscat trip. I booked the ticket before 1pm on 3 rd april 2017. When i got a confirmation from my company around 4 pm about visa on arrival is not ready at muscat, i contacted both my travel agency and air india office for extention/cancellation of my air ticket but only received poor response from both side. After followups now received a mail about refund. Only rs 1200 refunded out of 14600
When i decided to cancel/extention of my ticket i given message to travel agency regarding this before 15 hours, around 5 pm but they told me they are helpless to cancel/extend my ticket.

I had many phone calls with this travel agent and the airline customer care number over and over to find a better solution
Uae exchange, mannarkkad provides the worst customer service - rude, incompetent and definitely the worst service that i ever experienced in my life. They not providing the best option available for the client.
Iam from a middle class family i can't afford this cancellation charges. This happened only because of irresponsibility of travel agency
I request all concerned authorities to please intervene and get a reasonable refund in this case
